Delete Your Plate Account

You can request deletion of your Plate: Training & Meals account and associated personal data at any time.

To request deletion, email maciejchmura@plate-org.com from the email address linked to your Plate account. Use the subject line:

Delete my Plate account

Please include your account email address in the message. We may ask for information to verify that the request is from the account holder.

When your request is confirmed, we will delete your account and associated personal data, including:

• Account profile information

• Fitness and nutrition profile information

• Training plans and meal plans

• Shopping lists and other content linked to your account

We will complete deletion within 30 days of verifying your request. We may retain limited information only where necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or accounting purposes.
